The City of London School sits on the banks of the River Thames. It is an HMC independent boys’ day school for ages 10–18, with over 920 boys. It is part of a family of schools owned and sponsored by the City of London Corporation.

Reporting to the Senior Chemistry Technician, the main purpose of this role is supplying daily teaching materials as required by staff and to ensure the maintenance of materials and equipment in the laboratories and preparation room to ensure their safe, efficient and effective use.

You will be working within a wider team of six technicians across the science department. The Chemistry department is a friendly and hardworking department of eight teachers and there are two technicians working within each science discipline. 

Experience of working in a similar role and a science or science technician qualification is desirable.
