Our new Chief Executive will lead the Trust into our next exciting phase of development, sharing our passion for ensuring the highest possible standards across our primary and secondary schools. We are looking for an ambitious strategic leader who will build on our many successes, bringing a total commitment to delivering sustained improvement and the best possible outcomes for all our pupils. Working closely with a supportive Board of Trustees and skilled teams across the Trust, the Chief Executive will lead the implementation of our strategy to ensure innovation, quality and growth.

Your career will demonstrate a highly successful track record of strategic, energetic and charismatic educational leadership and a passion for helping all children and young people fulfil their potential, regardless of their background. As an outstanding communicator and relationship builder who is committed to ensuring learners are at the heart of the Trust’s work, you will bring the vision and knowledge to further enhance our reputation for excellence.
