Guide this young Trust onto the next stage of our evolution as we seek to grow and have greater influence in the East Midlands.

The Evolve Trust is a small, ambitious and successful multi-academy trust of three schools. Growing from the influence of Brunts Academy (secondary), it has an interesting spread of schools: one special school, one primary school and one secondary school. All three academies are based in Mansfield.

Our new Chief Executive will lead the Trust into and through the next exciting phase of its development, working closely with a skilled and supportive Board of Directors, aided by an executive team with skills covering a broad spectrum of key areas and enabled through dedicated and committed school leaders. The Chief Executive will lead the implementation of a strategy which ensures that we raise standards through a quality first approach of innovation and creative provision, providing a platform for further planned growth in our region initially.

You will bring a highly successful track record of leadership including strong business leadership skills, you may come from a teaching or a business background. You will be a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial leader, driven by a passion for social justice to help all children and young people to aspire, succeed and fulfil their potential. You will be an outstanding communicator and relationship builder, with a commitment to placing children at the heart of everything the Trust does, supporting outstanding governance and enabling staff development across the Trust.
