Langley Park Learning Trust is an ambitious multi-academy trust based in Beckenham in the London Borough of Bromley. We formed in 2018 and comprise two secondary schools and three primary schools, all good or outstanding at their last inspection. We are united in our drive for excellence in education and now wish to ensure that our structure and ways of working together supports this fully.

We seek an experienced organisational leader to grow and further develop our Trust. Working with a talented Trust Board, central team and a high performing team of Headteachers, the appointee will drive our strategic direction and embed a culture of collaboration, enabling us to achieve our educational goals together.

We seek candidates with proven records of success in people and strategic leadership gained in educational, charitable or commercial settings. Prior experience should include change management and a record of taking an organisation to the next level of performance while fostering an ethos of teamwork. The successful candidate will also offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a record of innovation and creativity. Prior experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential - candidates must be able to demonstrate a profound personal resonance with the vision and values of our Trust.
