Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

IAPS is one of the world’s most prestigious and impactful membership associations. Together, IAPS schools represent a £2billion plus enterprise. They educate more than 170,000 children from ages 3 to 16 and employ more than 15,000 staff as far afield as Kenya, New York and Singapore.

The new CEO will serve as the sector’s advocate and will develop implementable strategies to meet the changing needs of a global membership of more than 670 schools. They must be capable of representing a large and diverse network and interfacing with a variety of constituents up to government level internationally. This is an exciting, rewarding and wide-ranging position, requiring highly tuned communication skills and the strategic agility to adapt to changing political and economic challenges.
