You will have had experience of reporting to board members, be able to demonstrate sound financial management skills combined with the ability to build key collaborative and strategic partnerships, maximising the opportunities available to the Trust . As a highly skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to engage credibly and successfully build, lead and further develop key relationships with our Principals, the DfE and other external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and forward thinker, who will bring the drive, inspiration, and commitment to lead the vision for the Trust and its stakeholders. This is an exciting time to join Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust as it grows and we require a dynamic and innovative leader who shares our ambition and commitment to excellence.
