Job overview
Education for the 21st Century (E21C) is a Trust that has come a long way in a short time. Founded in 2011, last year we grew to four secondary schools, three primaries and one infant school, educating approximately 5300 students and employing over 600 staff in Bromley and Canterbury.
The mission of E21C is to enhance the lives of children and young people by equipping them with the qualifications, knowledge and personal skills to become highly employable citizens, who can lead communities. We pride ourselves on a commitment to support all learners in reaching their maximum potential and an inclusive philosophy will be a key requirement of our new CEO. The successful candidate will also be an experienced educationalist and an exceptional leader, with the energy and authority to influence learning at all levels. As such, you will need to demonstrate an ability to manage and motivate colleagues in achieving outstanding practice that fully embraces the vision we want to develop with you.
It is an exciting time at E21C as we continue to work towards sustainable school improvement. We look forward to receiving your application.
