Salary: L32 – L38 (£85,605 - £99,158) pro rata

Contract type: 0.8 FTE

Contract term: Permanent

Eynsham Partnership Academy is at an important point in its development and is looking to recruit a permanent Chief Executive Officer (0.8 FTE). The Trust is in an area with significant housing developments being built or planned over the next few years which are likely to give the Trust the opportunity to bid for additional primary schools and the expansion of Bartholomew School.

This is an opportunity for an inspirational leader with expertise at headship level to join us to lead the Trust as it moves forward. You will work with pupils, parents, staff, the Academy Board and the local community to build and maintain our high standards of education, pastoral care and personal development. You will have a proven record of educational achievement and an understanding of the landscape of primary and secondary education. In addition, we want a leader who has an innovative and evidence-based approach that can continue to develop and deliver our strategy for the years ahead.

We can offer you the opportunity to lead a MAT family of seven schools (one secondary and six primaries) dedicated to high academic achievement and developing well-rounded children.
