Chief Financial Officer 

Oxfordshire £60,000-£65,000 pa  

The Eynsham Partnership Academy is a Multi-Academy Trust based in West Oxfordshire and currently comprises one secondary and six primary schools, with a turnover of £11.3 million in 2016-17.   

The Trust is seeking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer from 23 July 2018, or sooner, with outstanding leadership and communication skills to play a key role in ensuring the Trust’s continued growth and success as it continues to develop and expand in scale and complexity.    

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (with a professional accountancy qualification and resulting CPD:  ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification) or with evidence of qualification by experience, and a strong track record of effective financial management.  S/he will be experienced in working at senior level in a medium/large organisation, and able to lead, inspire, collaborate and challenge.  S/he will be a versatile thinker with a record of success in the delivery of support services and managing transformational growth and change, underpinned by a capacity to look forwards and outwards to develop and champion innovative solutions to challenges in an ever-changing environment.  Enthusiasm and a sense of humour will also be highly valued attributes.  

Experience of the education sector is not essential but a demonstrable commitment to the aims and values of the education trust will be expected.
