As the Trust enters its fifth year, we are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to have oversight of our central provision to schools predominantly in FINANCE and ESTATES leadership and management and possibly, HUMAN RESOURCES.

This is the most senior non-teaching post for the Trust. You will have lead operational responsibility for its central functions and will support the CEO in developing strategic plans. You will also contribute to the work of the Board of Trustees and its Committees and support the Trust’s potential expansion. You will have good communication skills, know how to engage, develop and empower people and have the ability to lead and line manage teams effectively and positively. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
