Chief Operating Officer

We are an ambitious group of educators working with Trustees whose vision has sort to develop the Trust from a cluster of three local schools into a growing MAT working across three LAs. All of us want to be leading the way for academy trusts through our passion for education, supporting children’s’ needs and developing our communities. We need someone who, like us is prepared to roll up their sleeves to ensure that we do our very best for the children and families we serve.

We want the processes, systems and services we provide whether that’s the teaching, the catering or the cleaning to be of the highest quality offering the best value for money and we have high expectations.

You would be joining a small but dedicated team wanting to be adventurous in education today. If this sounds like a challenge that you are ready for please come and meet us to discuss in more detail the role and how you can be part of developing the future for the children in Campfire Trust.
