Job overview

Chief Operating Officer

This is a superb opportunity for a strategically-minded tactical thinker to be the heartbeat of our academy trust.

We are looking for someone who thrives on the challenge of tuning all parts of a machine to get it running brilliantly smoothly. You will be the kind of person who copes very well in a crisis, can unpick a problem and implement excellent solutions with the minimum of fuss and have the insight and planning skills to support our journey to become one of the very best academy trusts in the country. You will be a proven line-manager able to deliver core responsibilities utilising and developing the skills of your team.

This upcoming year alone we have two fantastic property projects worth more than £1.5m which you will be managing. These exciting developments will dramatically improve and expand our two largest schools.

Tempted? If so, and you’ve got what it takes, click through on this advert and download the application pack. We look forward to hearing from you.

For this role, we are pleased to offer a highly competitive salary of £50,000.
