Childcare Practitioner

Acorn Education and Care are currently hiring Care Practitioners in Cheshire.

Role: Care Practitioner 

Salary: Up to £26,201.60 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep ins)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, 2 on 4 off shift pattern plus additional days for training/team meetings)

Location: Malpas, Cheshire 

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required

The Opportunity

Our next Care Practitioner will be someone who has: 

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
• A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.

Some of your duties would be as follows

• Supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Undertaking household tasks
• Engage our young people in tasks and activities

The Location

Acorn Education and Care, part of Outcomes First Group, are recruiting Care Practitioners to join our team in the Cheshire region.

Our registered independent accommodation offers support for young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

The accommodation is based in Malpas, Cheshire and is within commutable distance from Oswestry, Ellesmere, Broughton, Chester and surrounds.
