Oakbank Kids Club, Perth
Perth and Kinross Council is looking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated childcare professional to join the Kids Club Team at Oakbank Kids Club, Perth, as the Childcare Supervisor.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of high quality play experiences within the after school setting, ensuring the smooth running of the service and offering support and care to children and their families. They will also manage and support staff in all aspects of the service to ensure effective delivery.
The successful postholder must have a childcare qualification (NNEB, SVQ level 3 Social Services - Children and Young People or Care Learning and development, HNC Care Learning and Development)and be required to work towards the BA in Childhood Practice. They will be supported to access awardbearing qualifications and undertake continuing professional development opportunities.
Applicants must have a childcare qualification and register with the Scottish Social Services Council within 6 months of appointment.
