Children’s Centre Early Years Practitioner

36 hours per week
Centre is open 8.00am -6.00pm Monday to Friday. (Hours to be agreed within these times)
38 weeks per year (TTO)

Eastwood Children’s Centre is seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Practitioner to our join our dedicated staff team to assist in the delivery of Children’s Centre programme. We work in partnership with a range of multi – agency professionals committed to supporting parents/carers by delivery of high quality community services to improve outcomes for all our children and families.

You will be:

• Qualified to Level 3 or above.
• Able to work alone and as part of a team
• Able to relate well with others and have excellent communication skills
• Able to confidently plan, prepare and deliver suitable stimulating activities for the diverse needs of the children in accordance with the EYFS.
• Able to monitor, assess, record and produce written reports
• Able to help identify appropriate services and signpost families to further agencies to support them
