Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational teacher who is excited and inspired by math and seeking an opportunity to become a valued leader. The successful candidate will lead on math and will support the school’s SLT in the strategic leadership of the school.

As a Leader of Teaching and Learning with responsibility for math the successful candidate will be able to: 

• Raise & sustain standards in math

• Embed and extend our use of Math Mastery across the school

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of math teaching and learning in the school

• Be a role model of outstanding primary practice and subject leadership

• Manage and inspire the math faculty team to develop math across the school

• Develop our curriculum to spark pupils’ imagination and inspire a love of learning for math

• Build partnerships to develop math across the school, with local partners and beyond
