Job overview

NQTs Needed for Expansion - join us on contract from July for a September start!

Would you like to be part of a Primary School that helps children be DJs for our radio station, musicians for our recording studio and actors and performers for our theatre? The Orion is a school with a difference… we help our pupils to be exceptional young people by 11 years old. We believe every child can be a star and we do everything we can to make it happen.

Are you a dynamic and “determined to make a difference” kind of teacher? If so, we would like you to join the Federation team and help our children develop their learning skills and talents in our very unique environment.

The Orion moved to its brand new “state of the art” building only 3 years ago and now both schools share the Gold Star Centre. It really is a very special learning space – we have our own recording studio (Go Shine Radio and Go Shine Recordings), dance studio, theatre and sports centre!

This September, we have key posts for inspiring, dynamic and ambitious teachers. Our Federation of two wonderful schools is where teachers make a real difference to the lives of the children in our North London community! Are you an ambitious teacher setting out on a new career? It is a very exciting time to be a teacher at Orion and Goldbeaters as we continue to expand and push the boundaries of what is possible for primary aged pupils.

We can offer:

  • Start-up packages for NQTs commencing in July
  • Children with great attitudes and who are really keen to learn
  • A well organised and well led staff team
  • The opportunity for an excellent and successful career path
  • A very special learning set up – the unique Gold Star Federation
  • Helpful guidance from our teacher coaches on “I Shine Learning” – our own positive learning method (it’s fun).

The Orion and Goldbeaters Staff

The Orion and Goldbeaters schools have a very energised, enthusiastic and dynamic team of staff. The schools always have a number of teachers who are quickly promoted or wish to have further life changing and rewarding experiences at the end of an academic year.

We really do enable teachers to reach their full potential in a learning environment for everyone.

We are pleased with our OFSTED grades however we are more proud of our success in helping children learn.

If you would like to:

  • Feel a real buzz in your teaching career
  • Recognise the talent in today’s youngsters and be able help shape their futures
  • Share a unique vision
  • Work with staff who really do have a team spirit second to none

…then we would like to hear from you!

Please come and visit us to see what we can offer.
