Job overview
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference? We are seeking a passionate educator who can inspire a love of learning and ensure the progress of all the children they teach. This role is open to both newly qualified and experienced teachers who are dedicated to providing high-quality education.
Dulverton is a thriving two-form entry school with well-behaved, motivated children who are eager to learn. We take immense pride in our recent Ofsted Inspection (December 2024), where we were rated as ‘outstanding’ in all areas. Our mission is to support children in becoming the best versions of themselves by the time they leave in Year 6. We nurture maturity, responsibility, and a strong sense of community involvement, encouraging our pupils to ‘give back.’ As a UNICEF Rights Respecting School, we are actively working towards achieving our Gold Award.
At Dulverton, we offer a dynamic learning environment where engaging and challenging teaching is a priority. You will be joining a friendly, dedicated, and supportive team that values collaboration and professional development. We are committed to fostering a listening and coaching culture, ensuring mutual support and shared expertise. Staff wellbeing is central to our decision-making, and we offer flexibility such as the ability to complete planning and preparation time (PPA) at home. Subject leaders also receive dedicated time out of class to develop their subjects effectively.
Join us at Dulverton and be part of an inspiring team that truly makes a difference in children's lives!
