Class Teacher

Calthorpe Academy is seeking exciting and innovative teachers, who will enjoy excellent resources and be provided with a stimulating environment. You will teach core and creative subjects in an adaptable framework that compliments each pupils stage of learning. All staff are trained in behavior management and augmentative communication techniques on site.

Teachers with experience in Autism or PMLD would be an advantage, however not a necessity.

We are an educational community in which learners’ feel happy, proud and are enthusiastic about their learning. We currently have 389 students with profound, severe and complex needs of which 79 learners’ are on roll in Post 16.
