We are looking for a teacher who can:
· Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils.
· Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils. While creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL.
· Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of Gladstone Park.
· Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of how pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs.
· Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering an inclusive and comprehensive curriculum.
· Have a passion for pupils’ educational achievements and understand the importance of effective behaviour management.
