Gladstone Park Primary, as member of the Anthem Schools Trust family of schools, is an ambitious, friendly large primary school in the heart of Brent, North London.

·        ​Be responsible for the learning and achievements, promoting good progress and outcomes for all pupils. 

·        ​Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge all pupils. While creating a positive learning environment for all pupils including a high percentage of EAL. 

·        ​Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school, supporting the vision and ethos of Gladstone Park. 

·        ​Bring a nurturing and inclusive approach to building relationships, with pupils, and the wider school community.

·        ​Demonstrate a strong understanding of how pupils learn and are able to adapt teaching to meet their needs.

·        ​Have a passion for pupils’ educational achievements and understand the importance of effective behaviour management.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the6 person specification and will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks which will, where applicable, include a health check, an enhanced DBS check, the Children’s Barred List check and satisfactory references.
