Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and creative teacher to teach in Year 5 at Pondhu Primary School. This is a part-time, fixed term position to provide booster sessions supporting Maths & English for a period of 1 term starting on 19th April 2021 for morning sessions only. Please could you state your curricular strengths within these areas within your application.

We are looking for an effective and enthusiastic teacher to support our excellent teaching staff to raise standards by working with the existing teaching team to deliver a range of small group and booster sessions for children who have had their learning interrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pondhu Primary School is a modern well equipped school based on the western edge of St Austell town in a delightful setting backing onto farmland. We are a vibrant and forward looking school with a dynamic and motivated team of teachers, teaching assistants and governors.

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
