We are looking to recruit the best beginning teachers who think ‘outside the box’ and use creativity to inspire children to learn well and achieve success. We are a very popular school which has established mentors and Induction Tutors to help and support you. Deanesfield Primary is well resourced with a long established reputation for growing and developing teachers to be outstanding leaders. Many of our ECT's who started their career with us are now Senior leaders and headteachers. We offer a very supportive Induction programme which, if you can join us early, begins as soon as you have finished your course. Many of our ECT's start paid work in June shadowing experienced staff, getting to know the school and becoming familiar with our policies and practices. By the time you take on the role of as class teacher in September you already know the children well and your year gets off to a flying start.
