Bishopsgate School is seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher to join our thriving school from September 2026 to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high quality teaching and fostering a love of learning.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, creativity in the classroom and a strong commitment to using current teaching practices as well as effectively integrating technology to enhance learning. You will enjoy playing a full and active part in the broader life of the school, including contributing to pastoral care and engaging in a rich programme of co curricular activities. Whether through sport, the arts, or other enrichment opportunities, you have the ability to help inspire pupils and support them in their personal growth.

Our school follows the principles of the Harmony Project, and we are therefore keen to appoint a teacher who values a curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a deep connection to the natural world, encouraging pupils to think holistically about their place within it. As well as being eager to contribute positively to our vibrant school community the successful applicant will be curious and engaging. Someone who is invested in the lives of their pupils as well as valuing strong relationships with parents, and colleagues alike.
