St. Paul’s Primary School is a Church of England Primary School located in the heart of the Walworth district. Our school is a two-storey building, which caters for 45 children in each year group and 50 part-time children in the nursery. The nursery building is separate from the main school and has its own outside play area.
We have recently acquired a new art block.
We thrive in a multi-cultural area with a strong sense of community. We are fortunate to be close to the local amenities and particularly East Street Market, which is the hub of the Walworth Road. There are numerous buses that stop close to the school and both Kennington Tube and Elephant & Castle are but a stone’s throw away.
At St. Paul’s we have made strong community links and work closely with the Blue Elephant Theatre and Walworth Garden Farm. Our children have performed at the Blue Elephant on numerous occasions and are always involved in regular workshops. We have also recently planted an orchard on the school grounds.
The school is served well by the LEA and the Governing Body continues to grow in strength offering pastoral support at the appropriate time.
