Job overview
We are an independent, alternative provision which is part of the South Area Inclusion Partnership and Cockburn Multi-Academy Trust, located in South Leeds. We have up to 40 pupils in our school, all with S.E.M.H needs. Our main aim is to help them return to mainstream education or the appropriate specialist provision.
You will be joining a team of inclusive, supportive, positive and forward thinking individuals. The Reach team are passionate about working together with pupils, families and other professionals to identify and deliver approaches to support our pupils with their SEMH needs. You will play a key role in creating a creative, learning-focused culture and supporting an ethos which leads to high standards, a caring approach and a safe and happy environment.
We will provide you with high quality CPD and leadership time to support the development of the curriculum.

Pay scale and salary: MPS/UPS + 1 SEN point
Contract Type: Fixed term maternity cover (until December 2026)
Hours of work: 0.8 FTE Monday to Thursday
