The Pointer School is an Independent Christian Prep and pre-Prep school in Blackheath, Southeast London. We are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and passionate teacher to join our thriving school as a class teacher. The yeargroup that the role is based is flexible and will depend on the successful candidate’s experience and interest. The successful candidate will have a good degree and experience working in Primary schools, ideally with experience in the indpendent sector.

At Pointers we have a strong collegiate atmosphere and the successful teacher will become a key part of the continuation of this. Our pupils leave us after Year 6 to attend the very best schools in London and the right candidate will be able to guide pupils towards this.

This position is from September 2024.

Salary: The Pointer School Pay Scale (£37k – 56k, depending upon experience).
