Bemerton St John Primary School is looking to appoint a class teacher who is passionate about learning, enthusiastic and who wants to ensure pupils have a wonderful education.

The successful candidate must be a person with energy, passion and commitment who can work with well-behaved children who have a thirst for learning. 

Our school is a one form entry Church of England Primary School, was judged good in the last Ofsted inspection and had an outstanding SIAMS inspection. We are a village school within Salisbury and are part of Magna Learning Partnership. 

We offer great professional development, a lovely working environment with supportive staff and aspirational children.

Bemerton St John Primary School is located in Lower Bemerton, on the outskirts of Salisbury.  Salisbury is situated in south Wiltshire, a predominately rural area situated in the centre of southern England, which is a very desirable place to live and work.  Salisbury is one of the UK’s most popular tourist destinations, with visitors coming to see attractions such as the breathtaking Cathedral, Old Sarum and nearby Stonehenge and its World Heritage Site and the New Forest National Park.
