We are looking to appoint an inspirational Class teacher, to work alongside dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues and provide additional capacity within our team. We want a teacher who has the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. • have experience of reflecting on and improving teaching practice to increase pupil achievement
  • have the resolve and enthusiasm to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
  • be committed to Ark Swift’s ethos of high expectations and no excuses.

Ark Swift is at an exciting point on its ‘journey to excellence’ and we have ambitious plans to get us there. To do this, we need excellent teachers. We prioritise learning and development and ensure that our staff have access to high quality training and professional development. Staff are given high levels of support and training to ensure they can have the biggest impact possible on our young learners.
