We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our dedicated and hard-working team at The Chadderton Preparatory Grammar School in Oldham, Manchester. The Chadderton is a family-based, co-educational preparatory school with an outstanding reputation. The school places the careful nurturing and rounded education of the children in our care at its core. We encourage impressive results from happy children and will always remain true to this philosophy whilst striving to constantly improve what we deliver. Each year in July, we bid farewell to confident, polite and impressive Year Six children as they complete their time at The Chadderton and head towards success in a variety of senior schools.

Be it NQT or seasoned practitioner, the key quality we are searching for is the ‘wow factor’ in the classroom – can you grab the attention of the whole class and keep it whilst delivering outstanding teaching to each child? Are you prepared to think carefully about how to enhance your lessons, your classroom, and your pastoral care? Do you have the passion to ‘roll-up your sleeves’ and ‘get stuck-in’ to every aspect of our school? If you can honestly answer ‘yes’ to these questions, we’d like to meet you.
