Class Teacher – Primary Phase

MPS / UPS

(TLR 2B may be negotiable for candidate with ability to lead on a curriculum area)

St Paul’s Way Foundation School is seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher to join the Primary team in our Outstanding all through school. This post would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher or a more experienced colleague, with a TLR 2B available for an outstanding candidate who is able to lead a curriculum area.

The Primary Phase of the school opened in September 2014 and is moving into brand new purpose built accommodation. The school is growing each year and, as a result, needs to extend its teaching team. This is an exciting time to join St Paul’s Way Foundation School; its expansion in the next few years will provide many opportunities for ambitious colleagues.

We seek an excellent and motivated teacher who will take advantage of all the opportunities presented by working in a dynamic and innovative organisation which has the advantage of partnerships with secondary colleagues, world leading Universities and Corporate Trust partners. Professor Brian Cox OBE is our Patron. We are also a National Teaching School.

Working within this exciting organisation, you will be a teacher who is passionate about the entitlement of young people to inspiring education. The successful candidate will have an unwavering belief in the potential of every student to succeed and have a creative approach to inspiring children. You will embrace the professional development opportunities afforded by working in a forward thinking organisation.

We welcome visits to the school, prior to application, so we can show you all we have on offer:

· Pupils who are fully engaged in their learning

· Our supportive, creative and dynamic Senior Leadership Team, Governors and Trust Partners

· An exceptionally well-resourced school moving into brand new accommodation (phase 1 already completed)

· Tailor-made CDP opportunities to enhance your professional development

· Supportive and enthusiastic parents

St Paul’s Way Foundation School is a founding member of the newly formed University Schools Trust
