One year contract in the first instance

We are looking for a committed, creative, dedicated and motivated teacher who is able to share their enthusiasm and passion for teaching with our eager and hard working pupils.

We are a school who is committed to promoting the skills of teachers through our very strong links with the Landmark Teaching School Alliance. You will be able to access a strategically planned support and leadership programme which will ensure that you are fully trained for every stage of your career. We are committed to supporting the ethos of succession planning, and look forward to helping our teachers grow and develop. In order to support this, we are a ‘coaching school’ and use nominated trained coaches for all staff, to help everyone strive for outstanding.

In order to help us achieve our aims, we need someone with ‘spark’ who can enthuse and motivate learners, adding that ‘something special’, to help our children achieve the very best outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• Be creative, driven and innovative in their approach to teaching.
• Contribute to whole school improvement planning and development, including CPD
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice
