Job overview

Walthamstow Contract

Calling all teachers-from NQTs to experienced! We need teachers who are passionate about learning, keen to work as part of a team, to share their ideas and to learn from others. As an NQT, we will ensure that you feel fully supported throughout your NQT year. As a more experienced teacher, we will be keen to work with you to find out how best you can work to your full potential at our school! NQTs will have an experienced, fully trained NQT mentor who will support you every step of the way in your development to outstanding. Our NQTs tell us that they are happy, confident, well supported, well trained and are valued members of our team.

For more experienced applicants, or applicants keen to get onto the leadership ladder; we have many structures in place to support 2nd year teachers, 3rd year teachers and those new to leadership. If you’d like to come and have a look around, I will be holding a few meet and greet sessions on Tuesday 22nd November at St Saviour’s School (Verulam Avenue, Walthamstow).

If you are interested, please come along to any of the following: 8am, 4.30pm or 6pm. I’d really like to meet you and show you around our wonderful school!

St Saviour’s Church of England Primary School has six core values: serenity, tenacity, respect, love, truth, faith. The school wants children to learn and develop in a safe and happy environment, growing into successful and confident people. Discrimination is not tolerated on any level and the school believes that everyone is precious, regardless of their race, sex, creed, religion, social background, physical or intellectual achievement.
