Netheravon All Saints Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Class Teacher for its thriving village school, from September 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher who is keen to support a school passionate about promoting the full potential of all its pupils.

Salary: MPS (£30,000 – £41,333).

We are a caring single form entry primary school, educating children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. Located in the village of Netheravon, Wiltshire, we have strong links with our local community and Netheravon All Saints’ Church. Our central values of love, kindness, respect, trust and determination sit at the heart of our school community and, paired with our high expectations for behaviour, help us to promote the full potential of all. Our staff encourage all pupils to aim high to succeed and flourish and help them to develop their unique talents and skills through a broad, balanced and stimulating curriculum. We are looking for someone who:  

  • Is committed to becoming a truly excellent teacher;
  • Can teach a broad range of engaging and effective lessons that motivate, inspire and improve student attainment;
  • Can plan and deliver lessons and sequences of lessons to the highest standard that ensure real learning takes place and students make superior progress;
  • Is able to raise attainment and challenge students to achieve their best;
  • Has a commitment to extra-curricular activities;
  • Is aware of current initiatives in the Primary education phase and KS2 curriculum;
  • Is an effective team member who can contribute positively to the work in the school;
  • Has a positive, cheerful outlook with a good sense of humour;
  • Is able to forge good relationships with students and staff;
  • Is able to work hard and remain calm under pressure;
  • A desire to work within the Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) structure.

Netheravon All Saints Church of England Primary School is a welcoming and vibrant single form entry primary school, educating children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. Located in the heart of the vibrant village of Netheravon, Wiltshire, we have strong links with our local community and Netheravon All Saints’ Church.
