If so, Canary Wharf College has an exciting opportunity for an class teacher to join the Trust in Summer or Autumn Term 2024.

Areas of Responsibility

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Keep pupils safe and provide an environment of high expectations to support exceptional behaviour.
  • Teach a knowledge-rich curriculum where pupils make excellent progress and are passionate about learning.
  • Ensure reading is prioritised to ensure all pupils master basic skills.
  • Engage in continual training and development to become a master of your craft.
  • Assess pupils knowledge, and provide feedback and interventions to fill gaps to secure learning and catch-up.
  • Oversee and lead a subject throughout the school
