The successful applicant will be passionate about education. They will be well organised and willing to go the ‘extra mile’ and will be focused on the attainment and progress of all pupils. They will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a proven track record of successful teaching in either Key Stage 1 or 2. They will be committed to moving the Academy forward, in both a teaching and leadership role; previous experience of subject leadership is not essential, but will prove beneficial. More important is a demonstrable commitment to implementing the best possible quality education for all pupils.
Additional responsibilities are available and the role will be designed according to the needs of the academy and an applicant’s strengths.
If you are passionate about innovative education, have a commitment to personal excellence and are ready for a new challenge, we welcome your application.
