Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an effective and committed classroom teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum at Quest Primary School. The successful candidate will take responsibility for pupil progress, planning and delivering inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
You will create a positive and purposeful learning environment, use effective behaviour management strategies, and ensure assessment informs teaching and learning. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to school improvement, support pupils’ wellbeing, and uphold professional standards in line with school policies and the Teachers’ Standards.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a motivated and reflective practitioner, committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils. You will be a confident classroom presence with strong organisational and behaviour management skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
You will work collaboratively, demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and safeguarding, and contribute positively to a supportive and ambitious school culture.
