  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • a personal educational philosophy which is consistent with holistic education and outcomes based education
  • the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • the ability to work collaboratively with a larger team of advisors from the IEA.

About the School – KoroBoro International School

KoroBoro International School enrols 1400 students from Grades Pre to 6. It operates on two campuses, approximately 3 kms apart.

It is to be formed by the amalgamation of two schools at the end of 2016. There will be challenges stemming from the amalgamation but many opportunities for someone with imagination to mould an excellent school. The successful applicant will need to form supportive relationships with campus heads and other senior staff, have the capacity to delegate wisely, and be able to monitor closely all aspects of school performance.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to create a dynamic learning environment in the capital city of Papua New Guinea.
