The Role

We are looking for a creative and hardworking Classroom Assistant, ideally with experience of working with Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (KS1/2) children. The Classroom Assistant will be supporting the class teacher to maintain a fun and engaging learning environment, this is a varied role that will include full class support, small group interventions and occasional 1-to-1 work as required.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are 

• Have experience working in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (KS1/2)

• Hold a minimum Level 2 childcare qualification

• Have excellent behaviour management skills

• Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required

• Have your own transport
