Role Overview:
As a Classroom Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students in the classroom. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, helping individual or small groups of students, and contributing to creating a positive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
