We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) to join our dedicated team. We work with pupils aged 7+, many of whom have experienced challenges in their previous educational settings. We provide a nurturing, therapeutic learning environment where relationships, trust, and emotional safety come first.

Our pupils are full of potential—but they need adults who see beyond the behaviours to the individual child. Every day brings new opportunities to build confidence, unlock potential, and make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

We are looking for a CSA who can:
  • Support pupils in class and through targeted small group or one-to-one activities.
  • Work closely with teachers to provide high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
  • Inspire pupils to believe in themselves and enjoy learning again.
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and academic achievement for every child.
  • Encourage the inclusion and development of pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs).
You will assist in delivering structured learning activities, reinforce key concepts, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. You’ll also play a vital role in behaviour support, assessment tracking, and communication with families and staff.
