Hensingham Primary School is a school very much at the heart of the local community it serves. It has a long and proud tradition of educating and inspiring the children of West Cumbria. The Trustees are seeking to employ an outstanding teacher who is creative, dynamic, highly motivated and committed to improving the life chances of children. 

Hensingham Primary became part of the Cumbria Education Trust in the Autumn Term 2019; it is led with shared vision, honesty and purpose.

We are looking for a committed and dynamic class teacher to join us in September on a permanent basis.

Year group allocations for September have not yet been finalised and may be subject to change due to internal requirements; applicants should state their key stage/year group strengths in their application letters; thereafter year group allocation for September 2021 for the successful candidates are at the Headteacher’s discretion.
