Willow Dene is a forward thinking and innovative school that is committed to providing an outstanding education for children with a wide range of learning needs. We have been awarded NAS accreditation and are a MOVE centre of excellence. We have designed and implemented our own ground breaking personalised assessment system. Willow Dene is part of a unique and exciting eleven school federation, enabling us to forge meaningful mainstream links that benefit both children and staff.  Willow Dene became a school for children aged 2 –16 in September 2015.

Willow Dene is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils attending the school. As the duties of these posts involve regular contact with children, any offer to the successful candidates will be conditional upon an Enhanced Disclosure being obtained via the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We have recently had a successful Ofsted inspection. The report recognised that ‘all staff are determined to give every child who comes through the school’s doors the best possible start in life’ and ‘leaders have successfully created a culture where staff feel valued and supported’.

We are looking for dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic practitioners, who are willing to learn and want to achieve the very highest standards of teaching and learning.
