St Michael's is an inclusive Catholic Primary School which has eight classes from Kindergarten to Year 6 providing students with a place of harmony, challenge and opportunity in a contemporary and nurturing learning environment encouraging personal and academic growth. The School prides itself on the diverse range of activities it offers the students and this is due to the generosity and expertise of the staff.

We are seeking staff members that have a strength and passion for making a difference and keen interest in curriculum and pedagogical changes and initiatives. The successful applicants must be capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Technology is a significant focus, so experience in this area is ideal along with a focus on sustainability.

The school has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Classroom Teacher to work as part of a supportive and vibrant teaching team. To be successful in this position you will have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues and parents. You will also have sound knowledge of the Australian Curriculum.

Please note this is a part-time (0.6 FTE), temporary position commencing 12 October to 18 December 2020. The required teaching days will be Monday to Wednesday.

These positions involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CE policy.
