Ash Hill Academy are looking to appoint a Cleaner to join our academy in March 2024, on a permanent basis. The hours will be 6:00am – 8:00am Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As a cleaner, you will work as part of the site management team to maintain the cleanliness of the
academy site to ensure it is a safe, clean and healthy environment for colleagues and students to work and learn and provides a pleasant environment for visitors.

Your new school
Ash Hill Academy serves a local community which has its roots in industry and is easily accessible from the M18 or and M180. Many students, but not all, live within walking distance. There has been a recent surge in popularity with the overall number of children on roll rising sharply.
The Academy prides itself on providing its students with a first-class education. Since joining Delta Academies Trust, the school has moved on a strong upward trajectory. Huge improvements in the quality of education have seen academic outcomes improve significantly with levels of student, staff and parent satisfaction that has never been better.
Ofsted judges us a ‘Good’ school and we have secured the IQM Centre of Excellence for Inclusion.
There has been a huge investment across the site. We have a new multimillion all-purpose building, and we are currently building a state of the art sports centre.
