As a co-educational, six form entry primary school, Barclay is one of the largest and most high-performing primary schools in the country. We are a popular and fully school, serving a diverse community in the area of East London, Waltham Forest. We are committed to playing a leading role in the embetterment of all our pupils and set equally high standards for every member of our team. Every role, in every setting, can and will directly impact on how our pupils thrive during their time with us - we operate as one team, with one common goal - to ensure that we deliver the best possible education for every one of our pupils.

Following a successful Ofsted inspection in October 2021, the school has maintained a very well-deserved overall rating of Outstanding in all areas. Ofsted Inspectors noted that the curriculum is well designed and organised to ensure that pupils learn an ambitious range of knowledge and skills, supporting pupils to achieve well and produce work of a high quality in different subjects.
