Are you an experienced cleaner with supervisory skills? Do you take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation? If so, we want you to join us as our Cleaning Supervisor.
As our Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, ensuring that all areas meet our strict hygiene and quality standards. You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules and provide guidance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and will be a keyholder for the site. Flexibility is required on hours as occasionally you would be required to work additional hours or outside of your normal hours.
We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communications skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to work flexible hours when needed
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
