Cleaning Team Leader

Barton Peveril is a large, popular and successful Sixth Form College in Eastleigh, Hampshire, and we have an opportunity for a Cleaning Team Leader to join our Estates Team. Your role will be to lead a team of Cleaning Operatives within the Estates Department.

You will be responsible for supporting the Cleaning Services Supervisor to ensure that college facilities are cleaned to the highest standards. This will involve being the point of contact for routine, day-to-day matters; allocating work to cleaning staff; and ensuring that the work is completed to a satisfactory standard.

In this role, you will work 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm), 44 weeks of the year. There are standard set weeks of 44 weeks of the year; these are in primarily term time, and a full calendar will be given to the successful candidate.
