Job overview
The Principal and Governors are looking for a Clerical Assistant with experience of working in a busy office environment with a good knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
The successful candidate will provide student reception services and assist with the main reception. Other duties include word processing and inputting data using various
IT packages, administer attendance systems and offer clerical support to the administration team. Knowledge of SIMS and School Attendance Systems/Protocols would be an advantage.

About The Sutton Academy
The Sutton Academy is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in St Helens, Merseyside. It is part of a single-academy trust called The Sutton Academy Trust and sponsored by St Helens College. The school will provide 1550 places to secondary and sixth form students between the ages of 11-18, when fully subscribed.
The school opened as a new provision in September 2010.
