The Trustees of Northern Schools Trust wish to appoint a Clerk to Governing Bodies (Trust).

The Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of governance. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills to a high level. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional individual who can work confidently and autonomously with our dedicated Board of Trustees and Governors.

You will work across the Trust’s three schools as well as for the Trust. The Northern Schools Trust is a charitable organisation that works specifically in areas of social and economic deprivation to transform the lives of children and young people through education.

We support schools with relieving the burden of some administrative, governance, marketing and finance matters in order to free up schools’ time and resources to concentrate on what they do best: getting results for their students.

Application Forms and further details can be downloaded from www.northernschoolstrust.co.uk. Alternatively, you can contact Human Resources on 0151 261 2923.

Northern Schools Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
