The role involves some small administrative tasks such as filing of minutes and keeping Governors records up to date. The candidate also needs to have strong attention to detail and have ability to deal with sensitive information with the utmost discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.

The candidate, with previous experience preferrable, should be motivated and able to work independently who can ensure that the administrative and procedural requirements are met so the Governing Board can fulfil its statutory responsibilities.

There is some flexibility with hours but we will need the successful candidate to attend our governor meetings in school, which may be during the evening. The rest of the hours can be worked during the week at the Clerks own discretion. Training will be available, if required.
